DESTINY

DESTINY,developed at the University of North Carolina, is a traveling science learning program. It is housed in a recreational vehicle, thereby able to use local samples, and is seriously inter-disciplinary in nature.

While the van rarely travels outside the state, look at the program, because it would serve as a model for other curricula. Professional collaboration is emphasized and easy to do, as the program travels to schools with experimental material.
